  1. Excuses make you weak

Giving yourself excuses turn you into a weak person. It will promote discouragement and lower your confidence to win.

  1. You won’t be able to learn everything in school

School education is important but to an extent. When you enter in the real game called life, you need to have practical knowledge to survive.

  1. Stop thinking and start doing

Now it is time to stop thinking and start doing. Thinking is an excellent thing.   You have already think about your ideas, set your goals toward it but if you’re not implementing the “The Law of Action” then you are not going to reach anywhere in life.

Earning money is important likewise health is an important factor too. You cannot afford to lose your health in order to earn money.

In today era, most of the people are suffering in their career. They are not satisfied with their current job. It happens with us all the time. The question is why? Why do we feel that? We are not giving are 100%, not putting our heart into the job profile or work. Because we are not passionate about are our job.

Try to find the reason lies behind your living. Why are you living for? Just to pay the bill and die in the end. Everyone holds a purpose to live. It is just that how you find it.

If you want a successful life, then just not to do the hard work only. Time is changing you need to do the smart work too.

You can gather knowledge on anything you want to know. You can dump all the facts and figures in your mind. But if you are not applying it, then your knowledgeable mind is of no use.

Travelling is not just to see the incredible places around the world just for fun. It also provides you an opportunity to think in broad perspective towards life.

If you want to grow stronger and independent, then you need to learn to face your fear.

     Work is important but giving time to your family, spending with friends and especially your ‘me time’ is important too.

Remember not every friend will be going to stay with you till the end of the life journey. Some friendship stays with at your workplace, till school life only.

  1. Accept the way you are and love yourself

Most important lesson to learn is to accept yourself the way you are. This is who actually you are. In order to change yourself to impress other you completely lose yourself which makes your life sad.

If your heart wants to do something, then just go for it. It is nothing in life which is ‘NEVER TOO LATE OR TOO EARLY’.

Our Soul lost and confused,

Wandering in this world without realizing it.

Our Soul lost and confused,

In this human body, all stressed out.

In hope of better ‘Future’.

We are fulfilling the needs of our body,

But what about our heart and Soul?

What about their need?

People tend to bury their Soul’s voice,

Somewhere deep inside their heart.

Our Soul lost and confused,

Our eyes focus on seeing the reality around us.

Yet living an unhappy life.

Living with the fear of “Better Future”,

We lost our Soul,

We lost our way.

We forget about our soul,

Only to feel regret in the future.

Today’s lifestyle is hectic we all know that. We don’t even get a chance to look over our habits either which made it difficult for us to maintain a healthy life. Make changes in your environment is not easy. Many of us gave up after trying fifth or sixty times. Some doesn’t able to make it there.

The Golden Rule of Habit change consists of three parts: A Cue which turns into a Routine bring the satisfaction out as a Reward.

To have a better understanding on this subject you can also refer to the book ‘The Power of Habit’ by Charles Duhigg. You just need to bring a bit of a change in your routine part. Use the same cue to provide the same rewards but change the routine.
