The Fair is expected to gather substantial footfall as entry is free. The Stationery fair is full of innovative and designer stationery (notebooks, diary, journals, handbags, fancy pen, office stationery, art stationery) which have gained the attention of students and young kids.
It is fair with over 300 stalls, you will get to see the participation of more than 120 publishers and organizations. In addition to this, National Centre for Educational Research and Training (NCERT), National Book Trust (NBT), Sahitya Akademi and Lalit Kala Akademi.
The current book fair occupies just one hall while the previous book fair editions were spanned across several halls due to the reconstruction going go in the other parts of the Pragati Maidan.
