The greatest motivator in this world is our inner self. Remember “Only you can change your life”. Nobody else can do that for you. I have a fight with the negativity and burnout with the power of your inner self. You have to remind yourself, again and again, to fight against your burnout that nobody will do that for you. You need to be your self-motivator.

  1. Stop ignoring your burn out and know the warning signs of burn out

The biggest mistake we do is to stop ignoring our burn out. Instead of ignoring them we should concentrate over the warning signs of your burn out to avoid them. To take time to work upon them and eliminate the burnout from their life.
