1) Skipping breakfast

One of the common habits is to skip breakfast. Most of the people skip their morning breakfast because of their time issues (especially in case of shift jobs or due to the odd time slot at the office). As fundamental meal to being our day. Breakfast is the only meal which completely fulfills the needs of your body require to develop thoroughly. Yet, people tend to skip their breakfast.

2) Consumption of sugar in a high level

Sugar is not bad for your health but as there is a saying in this world ‘Consumption of anything is dangerous when it over the limits or take in high level. It is a well-known fact that the sugar is present in almost in everything we consume whether we eat or drink it. But if you take a high amount of sugar, it can damage your overall healthy body.

3) Smoking habit (occasionally or regularly)

As we all know smoking is a harmful habit. Everyone knows it bad effects or aftereffects still many of the people cannot give up on this bad habit. They possess a desire to burn cigarettes on regular basis. Smoking depresses your mental as well as your physical wellness. One must try to overcome this dangerous habit.

4) Sleep deprivation

Taking proper sleep is important to feel good and make your brain active. Sleeping provides you proper rest and heals our body after dealing with anxiety or stress. Make proper sleeping your priorities to get a positive outcome.

5) Lacking in stimulating thoughts

Yes, Lack of creative thinking or not having refreshing thoughts. Wired! Right? But it is also a sign of brain damage. As thinking helps our brain to be healthy. Thinking positively acknowledge as a great factor that promotes different, creative and new avenue in our mind.
