Sure, Cosmetics are easily available and ready to use but the benefits of using such products can take a toll. Especially when you are not careful with the products you use. Recipe 1: Milk and Oats Facial Cleanser
Take ½ cup raw milk, add 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp oats. Mix them well and gently massage the mixture on the face in the circular motion. Leave for 3 to 5 minutes and wash with cold water
Use every night for best results
Recipe 2: Gram Flour and Turmeric Face Pack
Take 2 tsp gram flour, add ½ tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tsp of fresh yogurt. Mix them well to make a fine paste. Apply as it is on the face. Leave for 20 minutes and wash with cold water
Use once a week for best results
Recipe 3: Coffee Mask
Take 1 tsp Coffee powder, add 1 tsp Rice flour, add ½ honey, add 2 to 3 tsp yogurt. Mix them well to make a medium consistent paste. Apply as it is on the face. Leave for 20 minutes and wash with normal water.
Use twice a week for best results
Recipe 4: Papaya and Gram Flour Mask
Take some mashed papaya, add egg white, 2 tsp of gram flour, 1 tsp curd, and Aloe-Vera gel. Mix them well to make a fine paste. Apply as it on the face. Leave for 10 to 20 minutes and wash with cold water.
Use once a week for best results
Recipe 5: Fullers Earth and Aloe Vera Pack
Take 1 tsp fullers earth, add a pinch of turmeric, add 1 tsp aloe vera gel, add a few drops of rose water to make a consistent paste. Apply as it on the face. Leave for 10 to 20 minutes and wash with cold water.
Use once a week for best results.

I am also sharing some tips and tricks for you that you can do at home while you are in lockdown to take care of your skin.
-Sleep Routine
Do: Try to sleep at least 8 hours every night.
Don’t: Forget to wash and moisturize your face before going to bed
-Sweat it all
Do: Exercise regularly. Run/Jog/Yoga/ at least thrice a week
Don’t: Skip skincare before and after a workout.
-Water to the Rescue
Do: Hydrate yourself. Drink lots of water daily, at least 8 glasses if not more.
Don’t: There is none when it comes to water
-You are what you eat
Do: Keep a note of what you put on your plate. Eat fresh fruits, greens, sufficient protein and vitamins.
Don’t: Eat spicy and fermented foods, salt, citrus fruits, fried food.
-Manage stress
Do: Facial Yoga to release stress from the face. Listen to good music, it lifts up the mood.
Don’t: Stress 😊
Following these Natural Skin Care Routine will not be easy, but it will be worth the effort. Taking proper care of your skin is a vital step in looking healthy and youthful.
