Kami Rita Sherpa is a great person who belongs to Nepal, he is a Nepali guide of the Sherpa people that work as a Sherpa guide for US- based Alpine Ascents. Kami Rita Sherpa has successfully completed climbing the highest peak not just once or twice, but 21 freaking times, and he’s still not satisfied. One time would be the biggest achievement for all of us, but this person is going for the win, and has already set off for the 22nd time to make the world record.

He first climbed Mt Everest in 1994, where he was one of just 49 climbers to reach the peak. His last record-making ascent was last year in May. He already held the current record which is of 21 successful ascents.

Before setting off for the 22nd time, the 48-year-old told AFP, “I did not start climbing to set a world record. But in the course of my work in the guiding industry, this is going to be my 22nd ascent. It wasn’t for any competition for me.” What a humble and nice personality.

While almost every one of us would probably can’t even imagine climbing Mount Everest even once, there is a humble person who is here to climb Mt Everest for the 22nd time in his life. But to Kami Rita Sherpa who has worked as a guide on Everest for two decades climbing is a job not a dream record.

Most paying climbers try to reach the Mt Everest with the help of a dedicated Sherpa guide, but the number of experienced Sherpa has not been able to keep pace with the increasing demand, warned Kami Rita Sherpa.

According to Kami Rita Sherpa, “My life is just normal”.
