Water is the best remedy in the summertime as drinking water has the same importance as that of food. It does not only give energy and makes the body flexible but also cleans it. During summer when the temperature hits high there is a fluid loss from the body. It makes a person feels thirsty too often and also gets the human body dehydrated in the heat.

Water exists in many different parts of the body, such as the cells, the blood plasma, the saliva, the brain water, the serum, tear fluid and the nasal secretions. Exercises done in the heat leads to low blood sodium which dilutes the blood and can lead to serious diseases. Water has cooling, cleansing, rejuvenating and endorses and satisfying properties and necessary for digestion and excretion. It cleans the body and freshens one from the inside out. It is also the best solution to quench thirst, prevent fluid loss after exercise and dehydration.

Summer is the season when we sweat too much due to humidity in the air. This brings sweat to us. Thus, we become exhausted very easily. Drinking water is a necessity in such a situation.

If you don’t like drinking normal water and you are bored you can try different ways of making your water taste different by adding salts, sugar and fresh lemon juice.  One can take fruits by taking a natural way.

Water with lemon

Water is a cheap drink that is perfect for preventing dehydration during the summer, but it increases the effect of water by adding a slice of lemon. The important fact is that lemon contains Vitamin C, drinking lemon water gives the body a chance to absorb these vitamins effectively and can provide a little immune boost. Lemon water can lead to cleaner skin.

Coconut water  

If you don’t like drinking normal water, then instead of plain water you can drink coconut water too. As coconut water or tender water has been sued to quench thirst, prevent dehydration and is an excellent source of minerals, vitamins, and electrolytes to prevent dehydration. Coconut water is a good source of antioxidant properties. Coconut water is a delicious, nutritious and natural beverage that is extremely good for you.

Watermelon

Watermelon is popularly known for their sweet and juicy interior flesh which has a good amount of water. They are one of the best hydrating fruit for summer days. Watermelon are the good source of Vitamin C and Vitamin A. It helps to reduce oxidative stress.
