Manage-Time

Have you ever thought about how to manage your time? You know that the only thing everybody in this world has common among them is ‘TIME’. The same time period 24 hours in a day is granted to every person in this world. And all of this might not come out of a surprise to you but it is worth revising in once in a while that behind every success there is a human being doing his or her best day after day.

People who are in business always have the wild card with them so that they can change the rules of the business again at any point and the things make the difference is “How they choose they spend their time”.

6 Tips to manage your Time Better

  • Set Goals and Reward

Setting your goals is crucial for planning your day in advance. As goals are the fuel of human’s dreams to bring them into reality. By setting a goal, you can create proper targets and you won’t fall off schedule.

Try to figure out your ambitious it helps you to maximize your productivity, helps you to see the bigger picture and help to do as many as things are possible in your 24 hours. Also, after every goal, you have achieved you can set a reward for yourself. These rewards can be anything.

  • Prioritize your task

Sometimes we cannot do everything or we don’t have enough time to do it that is why it is important to set your priorities. An effective way to do this is to manage your priorities by dividing them into following categories:

  • An important and urgent task that needs to be done right away.
  • An important but not urgent task that appears to be important we can decide when to do them but not before the first category
  • Urgent but not important task needed to be done as soon as possible but when those tasks are completed they don’t have any lasting value.
  • Not important nor urgent either these types of task usually leisure activities or things you don’t really need to do, you only want to do it for fun and enjoyment.
  • Learn to Delegate

So, our goal is to do more in less time, right? Because we cannot expend time or can have extra hours in a day. You can achieve this by either getting more efficient in how you use your time you already have or delegate your task and work to another person.

  • Start with a small twist in your schedule

You do not need to change everything in your life at once but you can change few small things like waking up 10 minutes early for every morning before your regular time and cut down 20 minutes of the social media mindless scrolling or give more 30 minutes to read the things you are interested in or practice your skills to upgrade it.

  • Set clear Deadlines

How much time you need to require to finish a task or when do you need to complete your assignment if you don’t know these things, it might be hard to keep the track of your time. It becomes easier if you set time clear deadlines for each and every goal.

If you choose a time limit of each and every task it will be easier for you to complete and you will be able to keep track on your task.

  • Say No to Multitasking

The Multitasking concept is a popular these days as there is saying if a person can do multitasking he or she is considered as a smarter than others.  What is Multitasking actually is?  When a person deals with more than one task at the same time but multitasking is not much effective and it doesn’t save your time, on the contrary, it makes you complete with low quality and will actually slow you down.

What exactly happened when we do multitasking is that our attention is divided between two or more task which makes our brain stuck between that task. Focusing on just one task is much better the multitasking.
